Thank you dear gentlewomen for your lovely comments, Violet is fluffing her wispy locks as I write ;)
Oh Lakhsmita, she only has one wing! She's resourceful though, so one day...

Ye Goddess of small things. She looks unperturbable.

Oh she is Jeff, takes it all on the chin!

Oh my goodness...Violet is absolutely adorable and I love her little hooded cape...how I wish I could just hold her in my hands. Can she fly yet?

~oh my goodness...i too want to swoop up dear little enchantingly sweet violet and have her spend her days with me...one wing will do just fine...i won't mind as long as she doesn't either...sometimes inperfections are the most beautiful of blessings...my dear dear friend...how you always leave me in such awe with your truly magical mind and hands...much love light and blessings be with you always~

Now I've got it! I knew Violet reminded me of somebody - the kid who gave me so much hassle on the Halfpenny Bridge in Dublin. It began with:

'C'mon Mister, give us some money.'

...and progressed into quite an argument. She was about eight. What a little tough guy. I had so much respect for her.

What a great memory to have evoked and it's just about perfect for little Vi!

Dear Shayna, I do miss you so!! Thank you for coming to see my new sproutling!

Fair Faerwillow, I'm sure that Violet would find no end of enchantment in your world!

Awwwwwwwwwwww! She looks so tiny and fragile! This is the sort of doll I'd love to put in an animation! :)))
I have seen this little doll on Google reader but I don't always take time to leave comments ( naughty me!). So, she is going to have little brothers and sisters? I cannot wait to see!

Anthropomorphica said...

Oh Patricia, we should do that :) The other little ones will be creeping onto this page very shortly!

Oh, hello Violet! Aren't you just adorable! Well done Mammy Melanie. You're really gathering up the right wee brood, aren't you :)

Anthropomorphica said...

The family's certainly expanding! Violet shuffled her feet and said hello to you too ;)

I want to put her in my pocket!!!

How amazing is she!? She makes me think of cedar smells and hazy forests.

Hi , I see here you are too, looks amazing what you do!!!! Will come back in the next days when I have more time and look at your stunning work-best regards,Tatjana

I have to keep coming back to look at little Vi, Mel. She's so beautiful in a rugged sort of way. Will she be getting into mischief soon?

Anthropomorphica said...

Oh Nicomi, I'm sure she'd rather nestle there than in the clutches of the governessa. Aah, cedar and hazy forests what a heavenly image that conjures up!!

Hi Tatjana, thank you very much, so glad you could visit :)

Always welcome here Jeff! Vi is plotting such marvellous monstrousness, as you will see (hopefully soon) she has much time to ponder ;)
